Of Sleepy puppies and other fun

Well, it finally happened... I knew it would and it did the other night. To understand this story you need to know that Miriam has her own cell phone given to her by her daddy. It's a real phone, but it doesn't have service so no big deal if she dials a number. Well, except for ONE phone number, have you guessed it yet? Yup, Miriam called "911" on her cell phone. In fairness, I *might* have helped in my hast to stop her. I looked down and saw the number so I grabbed the phone and started hitting all the buttons trying to clear it. The phone started to connect before I got it cleared, but I got it stopped before anyone answered! WHEW
The other night Miriam decided to change the lyrics of Amazing Grace. She sang, "Amazing Grace how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like Sleepy!" Poor Sleepy. I know he's rather dirty, but I've never seem him do anything deserving of being called a wretch. :) But hey, who says God's grace can't apply to stuffed animals!
